As a support manager, one of the responsibilities is to perform daily email checkups to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner (ideally up to 24 hours).

s a full stack developer, you will primarily be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications and services utilizing technologies such as React, Firebase, AWS, and Node.js. You will work closely with the product team and play a critical role in determining the best approach to solving complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies and be able to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles and be adept at troubleshooting and debugging code.
